The Course: The swim portion of the event will be held in the lovely Montclair facility, the bike will be a loop course throughout the Lowry community, and the run portion will be a short out and back. This course is suitable for all athletic abilities.

Timing and Results: Summit Race Management will provide results and Trimming. Times will be posted after the event and on the website.

Start Time and Directions: The race will begin at 9:00am on Saturday April 26th 2008, at the Montclair Recreation Center 729 Ulster Street, Denver Co 80230

From Colfax; go east past Monaco turn right onto Quebec St.

• Going South on QUEBEC ST toward 2ND AVE PKWY.
• Turn Left onto E 6TH AVE PKWY / E 6TH AVE.
• Turn LEFT onto ULSTER WAY.
• From Alameda go East past Monaco turn left onto Quebec St.
• Going North on Quebec St. Toward 2nd Ave Parkway
• Turn Right on E 6th Ave
• Turn Left on Ulster Way

Montclair Recreation Center: Tri-4-Me is put on independently from the Montclair Recreation Center. If you have facility questions, call the rec. center at 303-364-8607. For all other questions, please do NOT call the recreation center.
